30-08-16  University transfer applications open after registration period

The Ministry of Education, Research and Religious Affairs announces to all interested parties that the procedures for student transfers between universities will remain unchanged for the 2016-2017 academic year.

After the completion of student registration at universities, the ministry will issue an encyclical calling on students who seek transfers to submit their application.
