18-11-16 Ministry General Secretary Pantis meets Crete Polytechnic Students

A delegation of students from Crete Polytechnic met today with Education Ministry General Secretary Yannis Pantis to discuss student care and economic and operational issues at the Polytechnic.

The students requested that the ministry offer solutions for room and board problems. They also requested that the five-year programme of pre-degree studies be recognised as equivalent to a Masters degree.

Pantis registered all the demands of students, asserting that the ministry is aware of the problems, and that Education Minister Gavroglou will make a related announcement within the coming days.
