05-07-16  Anagnostopoulou prepares educational cooperation  programmes with Liu Limin

Alternate Education Minister Sia Anagnostopoulou today held talks in Beijing with Chinese Vice-Minister for Education Liu Limin, during the visit to China of Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras and the Greek government delegation.

The two ministers discussed the details of a planned Greece-China educational cooperation agreement.

The agreement will include provisions for scholarships, certification of language aptitude, and broader bilateral cooperation in the areas of university education and the sciences.

Vice-Minister Liu Limin invited Alternate Minister Anagnostopoulou to sign the relevant agreement in October.
