15-11-16 Teachers for Europe, T4E, train ambassadors from all over Greece
A two-day conference in Athens, on 29-30 October, was held to train teacher Ambassadors from all over Greece, who will help familiarise students with the workings of the EU and how to reform it in order to make it more receptive to youth, so that they may connect to and help improve the European project.
The T4E programme has six years of experience, and the level of participation reached 39,000 in 2016.
Workshops included subjects such as “Educational Policy, Research and Development and Intra-University Cooperation”.
The programme is supported by the University of Piraeus’ Department of International and European Studies.
The aim of the programme is to comprehend and redesign the EU’s structure and to understand how our common European home works, and to try to improve it for its young inhabitants.
